中新网11月8日电据中央气象台网站消息，中央气象台11月8日6时发布台风黄色预警：今年第22号台风“银杏”已于昨天(7日)晚上10点前后在菲律宾吕宋岛西北部沿海登陆，登陆时强度为超强台风级(16级，52米/秒，935百帕)，今天(8日)凌晨由超强台风级减弱为强台风级，早晨5点钟其中心位于西沙永兴岛东偏北方向约830公里的海面上，就是北纬18.5度、东经120.0度，中心附近最大风力有14级(45米/秒)，中心最低气压为950百帕，七级风圈半径160-300公里，十级风圈半径80-100公里，十二级风圈半径30-50公里。
